I'm assuming, after you order, the $15 appears as a credit in your cart for future orders in this case?

That's my assumption. Doesn't take $15 off the current order, just a credit for a future order.

Got this last year during a deal. I think it must have been sitting on shelf for very long. Installed 6 to my faucet and they died in 4 months, where regular Kirkland's can last for a year to 2! Moved the 6 from faucet to garbage can for a test, and confirmed they were dead.

You can only combine if doing one time purchase right? When I try to subscribe and save, I go all the way through checkout without being able to add other items.

They must have been sitting on the shelf since 2006 since they have a 20-year shelf life. Either that or they weren't lithium batteries.

Added an 8 count pack as well to meet the $15 off $50. Works out to about $1.21/battery if you factor in the $15 (future) credit. Best batteries for my Blink cameras.
