Sorta. It stands on its own, and has a little button you push to open the scent. It works ok

So the button is just to open a vent/door

That button breaks a seal and there is a paper soaking the perfume. When it is on no way to close it off. Beware, I got same Linen and Sky 4 packs. I put in regular size bathroom. After an hour the smell is so artificial and smells like chemical, I trashed them all right away. And I am not picky on smells but I don't recommend this smell at all.
