I'm wondering if Amazon is doing location-based pricing -- some people are able to get it and others not. I jumped around a few states via VPN and I was able to get it for anywhere from $19.99 to $18.99 or somewhere in between but not at $10. Anyone who got the deal willing to share where they are located?
