Can someone explain the subsribe and save discount to me?

I just purchased this Chocolate Sea Salt flavor using the subscribe and save coupon, due for delivery on Feb 2.

When I go back to the RX store, other flavors are also showing subscribe and save coupons so I was going to get another flavor or 2, but reading the terms it says "30% extra savings on the first order, applied at checkout."

Can I purchase multiple flavors each with the S&S discount or when it comes time for shipping, I'll only get the discount on 1?

I noticed that the coupon became unselected when clicked on 'subscribe and save'. I re-selected the coupon and it applied to the order.
