These look like they'd tremble at scuba diving, running a marathon, or playing in the NHL as well. Am I missing something?

Edit: I'm a moron who was looking at the wrong product. I admit my mistakes.

Timberland ones are $140. Which is better?
Probably these. Description says they actually use a cork midsole on these which is what Birks are known for but aren't always included in their boots even if they have a misleading little cork wrap around.

Timbs are ripping their customers off on their high end boots and coasting off reputation so I imagine the even cheaper ones are straight garbage.

Buyer beware! Rose anvil cut a similar pair down the middle and he was very critical about some very misleading advertised "features" that may or may not been true. Def not built like sandals with the full length cork foot beds which is a shame because if they were they might appeal to some. Certainly not worth the MSRP.

That was just his last video and the construction not the style are similar.

Has the Stalon model which is closer. I'd like to point out that one of his criticisms is that they present a thin external cork mid layer but further inspection reveals it's just for show. And yes I do know they make boot/shoe versions constructed with the sandals style foot bed.
I remember seeing this video. I remember thinking, "Darn, I wouldn't have expected that from Birkenstock."

But at the same time, these boots were originally priced at $350/pr, and he's holding these to a $350 standard, and the Rose Anvil guy even mentions that on several occasions. A lot of his criticisms make sense for a $350 boot. He even admits they use good materials, except in the inner heel and he tongue, among other areas.

HOWEVER, this sale is at $105, and I think it's fair to say these boots offer good value at that price.

$350 = meh. Buy something else.
$105 = hmmm, not bad.
