I always avoid AA and AAA batteries on Amazon, but do the coin batteries have the same issue with fakes?

Of course. And also on a side note the ones on Amazon don't taste as good either

good review, with load testing/times, of some 2032 batts.

Energizer wasn't all that great.

I've been getting Voniko 2032 because they're near best and decent price for the low number of batts I need to buy...last bought 2yrs ago, so pricing I'm sure has changed.

Whatever anyone buys, don't buy Graincell. They were the cheapest per battery and they last like 2 weeks from my own usage. I go through them like crazy on my keyfob.

Eveready was NOT rated on one of the videos on youtube videos for 2032 cell batteries but $1.00 each is a good price as dollar tree sells 2 for $1.50 e circuit brand😀

Considering these are $1/ea and not rated very well, I'd stick with the LiCB from Amazon, which are generally about half the price per cell and do usually rank far higher in tests. I still chase "gremlins" in my ZigBee sensors but the LiCB do seem to work more consistently compared to all the other cheap brands I've tried. I'm avoiding these Energizer due to their reviews but might try some Panasonic/MuRata/Toshiba from Digikey.

Fair warning for anybody that is older or has bad hands, they have moved to a new design that is kind of a double sealed package and it is nearly impossible for me to open these things up without having to cut the plastic over and around the battery with a utility knife and then I've even had to pull out a pair of pliers to open it. It's happened for multiple packages and it's not like I'm just doing it wrong.

Someone on recommended if you needed these in bulk to get them from Digikey. Did that and have had no issues so far: https://www.digikey.com/en/produc...32/9558425
