I got this a week ago since I train legs twice a week and also recently went on a 10 mile hike.
Since then, I've used it for five days straight and overall didn't feel like it did much for speeding up my recovery time.I don't know if it was because it wasn't strong enough or didn't have a heat element, but I definitely wished it was stronger and inflated and deflated faster. I ended up returning it. It's not like it's cheaply built. It's just that it didn't work for me.

Ya, far as I'm aware, CINCOM is a well-established brand for this kind of product. I just got the battery-powered 4-zone one and it's better than the Sharper Image plug-in one I tried out from Costco.

How is the compression? Is it like a massage or just to help circulation?

I got one on the last sale in December. My wife does marathons and runs so many miles. She said it feels good, but couldn't say if it did anything performance wise. I do like how it feels but also am not sure about performance gains.

The sharper image one is very strong. I only use 2 out of 5 for pressure setting. It's not longer on sale at Costco but you may be able to find it on clearance locally

These were popular and I purchased a commercial version over a decade ago. I thought there were studies showing no improvement for recovery. Surprised they are still in the market
