One thing I've learned is that if you ever see the size start at 3.5 it's kids. My 8 yr old is a size 2 so at academy I go to the preschool section and they'll have up to 12T then 1,2 & 3. Past that you go to small kids. Hope that helps, took me awhile to figure it out with online purchases.
