That is complete nonsense for two reasons. First, those all take well over 120 watts, from a few hundred for the blender to 1200 or 1500 watts for the blow dryer. And all of them take 120 volts, not 12.

One of the pics shows what may be a DC to AC inverter, claiming they're made to work with each other. So that pic showing AC equipment may be an effort to also steer you toward the AC Inverter purchase.
But the reviews have one too many claims of early failure, for me to even consider this.
Yes, but we used one this summer on our roadtrip. We had two 12v powered coolers with food and drink, and when stopping for the night, we brough them into the hotel, and to keep them cold we used one of these devices to power the peltier coolers all night.
Odd situation, but there ARE needs sometimes.
