The first one they delivered ended up having a dent on the bottom corner like it was dropped during shipping and Costco sent me another within 48 hours and picked up the other one.
I ended up replacing the electronic lock with a traditional Sergeant and Greenleaf mechanical dial mechanism which I'm much prefer (and was very easy to install). I installed some LED motion lighting and it has been fantastic.
Tip for moving these around, you can generally remove the door and handle spindles which cuts the weight down by about a third. I was really nervous moving this down a flight of stairs but with a buddy it wasn't too bad once the door was removed and we had it strapped to an appliance dolly on its side.
I have one. The delivery guys were arguing about bringing it into the house, and I told them I'd reject the delivery and they can take it back. After some argument and them realizing I wasn't going to budge, they begrugingly put it 3 ft from where I wanted it (in a closet - the space was ready). They refused to unbox it as they are supposed to. I let it go because I could handle the rest, but buyer beware - CostCo just farms out the delivery and it all depends on what company and what crew you get.
I'm very happy with the safe itself, but it really does need to be anchored to the floor; it will tip forward quite easily when the door is open.

I had to get an appliance dolly from U-Haul and even then with him helping it was difficult and it made me realize how out of shape I am.

I wish for once someone would have a deal on a mechanical lock. Electronic is no bueno.
