Contains palm fruit oil as the number 1 (highest concentration) ingredient - the cheapest kind - personally it messes with my digestion.

These are very well-made wafers. Crunchy, good flavors. If you can resist and eat just one or two, I'd say go ahead and buy them as the price is a good deal.

My office gets these, I think they taste like stale cardboard. I'm fairly strict about my diet and consider these a waste of carbs (even though they don't have many)

I wish these listings (both here and on Amazon) were more clear about products that have sucralose, stevia, or aspartame in them.

These look delicious, and I was excited to try them until seeing the ingredients. Palm and canola oils (I'm not sure if canola lecithin is different) give me arthritis flare-ups, so thank you for the comments that say they taste terrible! =)
