This deal was posted a few weeks ago also. I took the chance and returned. What I had found out it is basically a large size adult. I am 5'8 and usually wear a size 32x30 pant/ medium shirts. The coveralls I ordered where probably 4-6 inches and probably about 4-6 inches to big in chest/waist. If you look at reviews for the size 10 product on Amazon, some other people said similar things.
