got one of these for $5.20 in 2023 (https://slickdeals.net/f/16676330) and its still working like new. i hang it in the shower and its dropped many times and its been fine Its curvature means almost every time you drop it, it'll hit plastic first. on mine, you can see through the glass and a small, maybe 1.5cm in diameter of adhesive had started to come loose from the back side but surrounding it, adhesive to the plastic handle is still fine so it really is a trivial thing. again, works like it did when it was new. just rinse after every use!

Also got this in July 2024 for $5.20. One of the best foot files one can get.

Same problem for me, I'm in northern California. I have seen the message before at Amazon but it makes no sense for this product. They sell these at the local Walmart (at a higher price) so it's not like it can't be sold here.

Warning to first-timers: it removes skin very quickly compared to pumice or similar textures. On my first use, I bled after using heavy pressure. The glass on mine did snap in half after a drop, but I super glued it back together.
