I have some 60V Green Machine 4Ah batteries from a sale a couple years ago... they already have USB built in and one provides 240Wh (significantly more than this).

So far it's worked nicely. I work out of my car and use it to charge my various things throughout the day, and it charges from my car as needed. For me, it's a way to expand the charging capabilities of my car and provides charging without having to run my car (it's a 2009)

Going that route is "dirty" power. Most sensitive electronics don't like it and it can ruin devices prematurely. FYI.

I have not come across one yet, but always good to be careful, especially with USB-A QC implementations.
As for "dirty power", perhaps you are thinking of imperfect sine waves? There's no inverter involved...
