Memory leaks, pages not loading, with certain extensions

I'm using Firefox latest version but this has been happening for a long time. At least 2 Firefox extensions have trouble on slickdeals. Zoom Page WE https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/...m-page-we/ and Form History Control https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/...y-control/. There might have been another one.

Zoom Page WE is the main problem. I can usually load the slickdeals homepage without issue but clicking on individual deals almost always causes the page to hang and firefox to start leaking memory until it runs out. I also usually get a message above the page saying Zoom Page WE is slowing the webpage with an option to stop it but clicking stop doesn't do anything. Occasionally I get that same slow loading message with Form History Control. Again clicking stop doesn't help.

I have tested disabling all my other extensions except for Zoom Page and the problem still occurs. Only disabling that will fix the problem. However I created a new Firefox profile and only installed Zoom Page and didn't experience the problem. So I don't know if it might be a particular Firefox setting combined with Zoom Page that might be causing it.

I don't have this memory leak issue or page not loading issue on any other site. Recently slickdeals rolled out a new design which causes this issue 100%. Before the redesign it was fine. The Classic theme also doesn't have any problems. If I could go back to the design before the redesign I'd be happy.

Looks like the site has had some more updates. No more memory leaks or page freezing for now. Did my post have anything to do with it? Weird how it's been going on for many months with the new site design and a few days after I finally decided to post about it it gets resolved. Thx SD I guess!
