Setting to receive messages from non-contacts?

Question.....I get this message from slickdeals when I try to message someone directly.

"Your options are configured to accept private messages only from your contacts."

How do I change the setting so I can accept private messages from non-contacts? I can't seem to locate where to change it.

This is a setting that is only available on the older version of Slickdeals, but I went ahead and updated it for you so you should be good now. Smilie
