Scam alert this company will ship it to a different address in your city. I guess they hope you forget or hope you don't bother contacting Amazon for the refund. They'll give you a tracking number but the shipping company will tell you to make a claim with the retail company. Many posts here about it.

So their one order which i got for $3 was never shipped and they provided a recycled tracking id, but my $6 order shipped after a week or 10 days. I have it and it's pretty good for $6. No lag, quick connection. I am only using one phone on it and not multiple devices if that matters

Just get the Carlinkit Mini Ultra 3. Buy from overseas... longer wait, but can be had for under $20 and performs well.

Nope. Not YouTube.I just use it for wireless CarPlay capabilities... using popular apps such as Spotify, Pandora, Waze, Google Maps, etc.

Mine was the same, they provided a tracking number to the same city, which said delivered 2 days prior to shipment.
After contacting them, they provided the refund. Amazon shipment still states: arriving soon (for the past one month or so)

In fact, I own this product. I can't verify the issues in my shipping, but the company and customer support are horrendous. Also, this product is horrible. You typically have to set it up every time you start the vehicle (2017 Ford F150).
