Bought this couple of days back with same day delivery and it works perfectly fine in 2022 Honda CRV. I don't see any issues connecting / during calls.
Not sure about the lifespan. Let's see.

I bought a couple a few days ago.
Works great on my 2019 Ram 3500.
No idea how long it will last. Longest drive so far was an hour or so.
Much faster boot and response than the 4 year old dongle it replaces. That one was $60……
