I got that deal as well. I picked up a grinder. Sold the battery kit this weekend for $70 as well, too.

That was the 1/2" wasn't it? That's what I got. Didn't see an option for this 3/8".

Gotcha. I guess I can't complain considering the higher retail of the 1/2"... But 3/8" is actually what I need and I kinda wish I would've seen it lol.

Only 250 ft-lb, FWIW.
This thing is kind of obsolete ever since the M12 gen2 IW with 550 ft-lbs came out. I'm really surprised they didn't update the M18 compact with similar torque at the same time.. I'm sure it'll come eventually, but yeah.. this ain't it.

Edit: Also out of stock now, it seems.

I wouldn't quite call this obsolete, the larger m18 battery means you can run it all day taking wheels off as where the m12 is going to eat through batteries being used at that same job. 550 lb-ft on that m12 is absolute insanity!

Yes, higher capacity from M18 batteries definitely matters for 'all day use' - that's why I said 'kind of', but regardless... if you're taking wheels off all day, you probably want something a little beefier than the compact 250 ft-lb, especially when it comes to stubborn lugs. Mid/high torque @ 600ft-1100+ ft-lb hit harder and hammer less so they're more pleasant to use in that regard.
