I was just coming on to make this post. I actually got Bass Pro Shops to price match them because I got hosed with having to return shoes to REI before. Bass Pro also had a $10 off $75 coupon for new email sign ups. Had to add a $2 fishing lore to get it to work, but got out the door at $72.05.

Unrelated, but what was the issue with shoe return to REI? I returned a shoe recently and had no issues.

This may be anecdotal but I think I've read that luxury spending has been down in 2025. This may be them trying to make ends meet.
