To start, I own an AirFly Duo (which I really like and therefore don't need this).
I wouldn't even comment, except that the one annoyance with the screenless AirFly is that it can be tricky to know and manage what's connecting to it. I can definitely see the value in the screen when/if you have multiple headsets and want better visibility and control over them. That said, I've learned to live with it.

I thought most plane entertainment systems have Bluetooth now, no? In any case it should work. Even comes with the old school 2 prong adapter that older planes used.

Someone else mentioned and that was my experience, hit or miss on that. Worked once out of 3 times, one time I couldn't even connect to it, one time I connected but had no volume. Imo worth it so you don't deal with that hassle

I've been waiting for the OLED version, can finally get rid of the LED one.

This is obvious sarcasm right??

Definitely not the case, I fly very often for work and at least 90% of my flights still don't have BT on their headrest entertainment systems. It will probably still be a few more years before we see it on the majority of airlines that have headrest displays.

I have an airfly but I think one of the earlier models but it can be tricky to get it connected. I'm debating on getting this hoping that the screen will maybe make the experience better

Ahh good to know. I guess I got lucky on the handful of flights I took in the last year.

Jetblue also has it. For international ,Starlux and EVA has it. But as others mentioned it's truly a hit or miss with those BT connection. I have three transmitters already but as someone else has mentioned the screen showing which BT device is connected helps for those of us with multiple BT devices connected.

Even if most airlines had the option, it is nice not to have to pair it each time. I do wish they made ones with microphone support as well. It would be a great way to make quick connections.
