Also with esim or renewals since no physical media is sent like the sim kit you can use a privacy.com virtual credit card (free) locked to $5 over the purchase price and 1 time usage and it authenticates to ANY address. This lets you pick a state with little or no taxes which saved me around $17 in 911 related fees. I just picked a random store in a random city of ohio if I remember right and only had like $2 in taxes and fees.

I have the 5GB plan that ends 7/25/26. I went to my account and clicked on "Recharge." It then allowed me to add 1 more year of service at this current price. Total was $50.58 for me

Current Plan | Month 6 of 12
Pro Plus 5 GB | 5.00 GB
Next Cycle starts on 27-Jan-2026 17:40:07

Upcoming Plan Pro Plus
Plan starts on 26-Jul-2026 17:40:07

Works ok for kids. If you ever need a eSim to eSim move they might charge $11 or so. An Apple pSIM to eSIM worked but the phone had issues and the next eSIM to eSIM costs a bit.

Also they count months as 30 days. Not a calendar month. Bit silly.

Worked fine for me $51.38 in Phoenix. Number ported from the old Freedomop Target ATT 100/100/100 plan to the Verizon esim within 2 hours. I'm using this as a backup on sim slot 2 on a Pixel 10.

yes!I was hoping it would extend, I need my mom to transfer from mint mobile 15/month to this as shes a very low cell user.

Apart from this with4GB, there's the Red pocket $30/year with 200MB service, is there any other low yearly cost service available?

Does anyone here who has or had the offer through their Capital One credit card know if it gets triggered by purchase or activation? If someone still has it and can check the additional terms to open the additional terms as shown in screenshot - I know the deal is for $50 min which is why I did the $75 plan. Even though I have the screenshot , I no longer have the offer so I cant check myself. Will rep and vote up

Edit: Just realized there is a search feature in the credit card portal. I currently have a crappy 2% offer but I am guessing the terms are the same. So I am guessing its waiting for me to activate and I may need to do it within 30 days instead of 60 even though it doesnt say. Been trying to delay because still burning through some Fi credit. If I knew they were going to extend it I should have waited another month

Ya, I'm hoping they just keep pushing it out another month once they get within a couple days of the date. I've only been with them for 2 months and have been hesitant to lock in for 22+ months.

I looked pretty hard in November/December for the best deal and I don't think anyone even comes close to Infimobile. I had Red Pocket's one year 5GB plan from eBay and it was fine for the ~140ish that it cost when I got it, but can't touch Infimobile. It also offers Verizon and T-Mobile instead of AT&T with the same amount of data. I had been on AT&T through various MNVOs since 2010, so I wasn't sure if Verizon would be better or worse. I think Verizon is supposed to have slightly better coverage. One small thing I don't like that Infimobile doesn't disclose is that their Verizon 5G is throttled to about 30mbps download. That's fine for me since I don't use data heavily, but for anyone who cares a lot about speed maybe the T-Mobile sim or another provider is for you. If anyone wants a $5 off referral for Infimobile please send me a PM.

US Mobile was the other one that I looked pretty hard at. If I really needed unlimited, wanted to switch networks, needed hotspot, or wanted to travel internationally, I'd probably go with them. Each of those benefits is something I'd only really benefit from once a year, if that, so I decided to go with infi. Unlimited talk/text is another benefit that even the Light plan on US Mobile has. I think with RCS unlimited text is irrelevant now, because each of the last two months my usage never showed that I used any of the 2500SMS. I think it only falls back to SMS in places where you have cell coverage, but not data which is apparently not any place I've been.

How do you use your referral balance when trying to recharge? I am getting NOTE: Log in to your Infimobile My Account to redeem and use your Referral or Wallet balance. These balances can only be applied when you are signed in. even though I clicked the recharge button on the left sidebar when I was signed in.

Choose ESIM (or be trying to renew) and use a privacy.com virtual credit card which works with ANY address. That allows you to pick a state with no sales tax and/or low 911 fees. I used ohio. Random store address in a random town. Since no physical media is being mailed it will drop the fees to almost nothing. I think I paid $2 in fees vs the $19 or so they wanted me to pay which was mainly a 911 fee. You can also lock 1 time usage and a max dollar amount on the card.
When active I see the question "Do you want to continue with same account & address. Did you just say yes to both or can you change your address to your real one at this point? It seems like when I checked changed address it wanted me to create a new account which I am thinking might not have my payment reflected on it

Use caution. They have been porting my number for 2 days. It's been a day since my last carrier notified me they ported to them. Once your carrier ports your number your service with them ends. Infimobile claims to have phone help. I called, from a different line of course, and waited on hold as the next customer 5 times. After waiting on hold for a few minutes it forces you to leave a message. I have yet to get a call back, odd when I was the next customer every time. So I have no phone service while actually paying for service at two places. Glad it's not my main number. Great plan if you don't need actually phone need service. Email service just sends canned answers. Online help just says pending. An online check of my number confirms the change to Verizon service, it was previously on T-Mobile for years.

You shouldn't have to change the infimobile address. You only need to provide the out of state one for payment and just about everywhere has both a billing address and a shipping address when checking out. I don't recall seeing that when I renewed.
