The QM7K stands out as a huge 98 inch Mini LED TV that delivers OLED like contrast with far more HDR brightness and punch, especially in bright rooms. The built in Google TV is described as solid, and the sheer size creates a big wow factor that makes movies and sports feel larger than life. The main caveat is logistics, since getting a set this large into a home can be difficult and delivery or installation may add hassle. It is a strong fit when screen size and brightness matter more than perfect black levels in a dark room.
The Mini-LED design can provide much higher HDR brightness for bright rooms compared with dimmer alternatives.
The TV's many dimming zones can produce near-OLED-like contrast performance for some buyers at the price point.
The QM7K's built-in Google TV interface can deliver a very good streaming experience without needing an extra streaming box.
The picture quality can be strong enough that some buyers feel it matches or beats OLED performance in HDR brightness and specular highlights.
The Google TV software can freeze or reboot and may get stuck on the Android TV bootloader indefinitely.
Large-TV delivery can be risky when freight elevators are smaller than passenger elevators, forcing stairs and extra handling.
Best Buy's Geek Squad install for large TVs can be handled by third parties, which can lead to long delivery delays.
Relying on in-store pickup can require hauling the TV yourself, which can be inconvenient without a suitable vehicle.

Holds its own in black levels and contrast/blooming, while destroying the G4 in HDR brightness, specular highlights, and overall "WOW" factor that only 98 inches can provide. No reason to pay the OLED premium any longer.
This is the best TV I've owned and well worth the hassle to get it in my basement (had to remove upper side of a split staircase).
The picture is great & with the enormous number of dimming zones it is as close to OLED that you can get.
Don't know about the Hisense but in my research this TV blew away all others at this price point.
My advice, get a chase card and pounce before the deal is gone (I missed the first deal in the summer by an hour & had to wait till October)
Solution: pull up the carpet & stairs & lower the TV to the basement through the removed stairwell.
Happy camper now!
Tv is fantastic. We have it in the basement and on foundation it was just too bright it hurt my eyes, fantastic tv do the money
