I used the "Ask Rufus" for the word "video" and got:

For video use, the LISEN USB-C to USB-C Cable handles 480Mbps data transfer well, but for video output to external displays, you'll need dedicated adapters or hubs. Here are excellent options...

So I think the answer is yes, these cables will handle video.
