Yes but most are not reviewed and highly rated by several trusted sources or UL certified for safety and reliability.

I know that, like many alphabet companies on Amazon, they claim they are UL certified however I don't see anything made by "Ocoopa" or their product names in the UL search database. Any links you can offer that show evidence of this?

Got these last time they were on sale a week or two ago.
It's 10F outside today, and they did the job in my gloves quite well over a couple hours. Seem pretty well made.
Can't complain. For $10 i'm not expecting to pass these down to my kids.
