Great deal! I was about to grab one but overall very poor reviews from users.

I bought this one the other day thinking it was a good deal and needed one

Should I swap it out for this one?

Depends on your yard size and need. The 40v is the more "normal" sized mower. It is wider (less passes) and I would think offers more power than the 24V. It is better to have more than one battery to be stuck if the single battery overheats, but you can accumulate more with the other attachments- weed eater/leafblower/etc

I have a 40v Kobalt 16" and it works fine. But I use it for a tiny area. If you have a reasonably big yard, it will take forever. Definitely swap it out. And 24v mower is a bad idea.

The reviews aren't all that bad. And it is $99 dollars! The battery is worth twice that much. I have tempted to get it, but I don't need a mower and really don't need a battery either.

Buy it, easy return if you decide not to keep it.

Insane deal for people who already have 40v items. I bought two just for the batteries. NOT expired in CT as of 12:30.
