Its sturdy, easy to build and is made of compressed 1/2" wood but feels solid.
Buttons feel solid and even has 15watt quick charge type c + 2x type A USB+ 3 extra 120v outlets built-in.
Matal frame can probably support a butcher block table top if down the line it cracks in corners or something happens to it

things to note:
- it's wobbly when extended to the max (probably expected due to higher CG)
- body oils leave mark on the table, need to be wiped often.
- Several items didn't have letters marked so Had to guess whole building. Might be tricky for folks who are not used to building things.
I dont like my monitor stand. It's 14" in depth so it wont fit on that 7.5" desk. I have the MSI MPG27CQ. Is that desk good for monitor clamps?
I have this desk and will say, it's pretty nice. As for using a monitor clamp + arm, I probably wouldn't use it on the shelf part because it's not super thick, but you might be OK clamping it to the desk itself.
I actually just bought this desk a few weeks ago. Pretty sturdy. The plugs are very convenient and it's designed pretty well for the price. As someone previously said I wouldn't clamp a monitor arm on the higher shelf as it's not as thick and may not have the best in terms of weight limit.
I love the 7 color with 12 scene modes lighting! I'm not sure the keyboard tray is wide enough for my Logitech programmable keyboard?
I never understood pull out keyboard trays like this. If your keyboard fits, is there really enough space for your mouse? And if not, do you put your keyboard on the tray and the mouse on the desk? Always seemed awkward to me
