Though I'm not so sure about that being a surefire way to improve gut flora, I do feel that if your pet really needs probiotics/enzymes; whatever is in this won't be enough to help them. You can buy powdered enzymes and probiotics to add to their food that will be much more beneficial, and probably cheaper in the long run.

For me if I turn my cats loose outside they will be probiotic for a coyote 🤣. I started using this for a cat that had digestive issues and it was a very noticeable improvement after just a couple of days.

We used to have a dog that would act unhappy after eating and determined she might need enzymes due to poor gut flora from a round of antibiotics. I always keep some of this on hand for when my pets get hit with a stomach bug. It really works for quick fixes before being seen by the vet for a more targeted diagnosis. It's also good for pets that take antibiotics. None of my pets have minded the flavor.
