I've gotten these deals before. They are usually legit -- especially if Amazon or other reputable companies are the seller. Companies sometimes need to clear out inventory quickly. Items stored at Amazon's warehouses for Amazon shipping often must be tossed or returned to vendors after 6 mos or so. They do it this way or through Woot.
