I have this. It overheats and shuts off frequently, have to take 5-15 mins breaks constantly just for it to cook down. I would not recommend.
Maybe for a tiny yard that just needs a weekly edge it will work, but anything larger like actual weed whacking a field, hell no.

I've had a couple of these (first one randomly died). Good enough that I bought another. For the typical third acre lot--I can highly recommend this--Especially if you're a member of the Dewalt Universe.
