The 77 inch LG C5 OLED evo is drawing attention as a strong value for a premium 4K OLED, especially for buyers chasing the lowest current price on a big screen. The panel itself is described as amazing, and the deal has been seen at Walmart, Best Buy, and Amazon, with some orders stacking promos or membership perks. Warranty talk centers on Allstate coverage for five years at $114, but the fine print excludes OLED burn in. Installation is the main caution, since third party mounting quality ranges from meticulous to unreliable, so the safest path may be to handle the mount separately.

  • The TV deal price has matched across multiple retailers, including Best Buy and Amazon.

  • The Allstate warranty offered with the deal can be relatively low cost for five years.

  • Mounting results can look good when an installer is meticulous and careful with the wall mount.

  • LG Partner store access may unlock bundle-style savings, such as soundbars included with a similar LG OLED purchase.

  • Allstate warranty fine print does not cover OLED burn-in.

  • Retailer installation services can be unreliable, including missing installers and minimal tools.

  • Best Buy checkout and policies may require buying the wall mount separately.

  • A Best Buy order can be canceled due to a system pricing error, and customer service may refuse to honor the same price afterward.

Should I hold out for the G5 77"? Does anyone recall what the LG Partner store had them for last year. According to Rting.com, the Samsung S95F rates higher, can anyone second that? I currently have a 2019 LG C9 55". Need some advice here. Thanks!

Got it at BestBuy. Stacked with BB plus membership for free using promo.
Hi may I ask how did you get it at Best buy I am currently chatting with a live agent who is telling me the price is currently $1,999 and when I mentioned about price matching Walmart they won't acknowledge slick deals and when I go to the Walmart website itself it also quotes the same higher price here as Best buy.

Thanks. My son worked there and that has been my experience on other things, so worst case I just take back if a problem.
Yep, agree.
Same for Sam's club. Recently asked for a price match to their online shipped furniture vs in store. Only the online version had a huge discount. Jumped on chat and easily got the difference refunded. Substantial saving !

Why stop there? Why not hold out until they pay you 1200? We can all dream
lol right ?
They wait so long and then they're out of 2025 stock and price goes back to msrp for the 2026 Cxxx version.

This tv is amazing. I own a C2 and still think every time I watch it how great it is.

Wouldn't mind the next size up and move the 77 to the bedroom.

Placed my order on bestbuy.com last night. Received a cancellation email this morning. Called customer service to ask why and if I can repurchase for same price. The guy said they must of had a system pricing error and that I cannot buy at the same price. Store policy is they can't price match unless I have already received the item and do adjustment. So they won't honor it.

I bought the 77" C4 direct from LG Partner store with 'free' installation and only one installer arrived (on his 10 speed bike with no tools) and the other one never showed at all. I asked the one who did show up how many he'd installed and he said, "a couple". I then proceeded to unbox and install the TV myself with the help of the bike dude and I felt really good about having done it myself. I'd never trust any of the installers that any of these retailers use. It's like the appliance guys that HD and Lowes use. You are playing with fire when you let them install anything. The gas company person who came to fix the leak that the HD guys left on my new stove said he sees several calls a week because of their incompetence.
Yep, I had a set of gas logs installed many years ago and a crew came out and installed. Then, the guys from the gas company (whom I knew) came out to leak check and turn on gas. The system was full of leaks and the gas guys had to dig up the line to find some of them. They found compression fittings on copper tubing under the ground (big no-no), cussed a bit and said the company had subbed out installations and they had to fix most of them. They had to reinstall all the line.
