And most eneloops will keep some charge for literally 10+ years. These Amazon batteries are fine for non mission critical tasks and for those that are ok with a limited life span. But they are no longer anywhere close to Eneloop quality.

And most eneloops will keep some charge for literally 10+ years. These Amazon batteries are fine for non mission critical tasks and for those that are ok with a limited life span. But they are no longer anywhere close to Eneloop quality.

All these cheap rechargeables use garbage Chinese-made battery cells that fail at a rapid pace, you're basically throwing money away. Might as well buy Alkaline batteries instead.
I've had dozens of these amazon branded batteries as well as other popular brands (Like, EBL), they all basically fail within a couple of years, while Eneloop batteries rarely ever fails even after using them for nearly a decade.
If you need cheap batteries, just buy the alkaline batteries. If you want rechargeables, just get Eneloop batteries and save yourself a headache.
I even have individual batteries that are DoA.
