What are the biggest differences in HB2 vs HB3? I'm looking for something to use at a remote property, and low cost is more important to me than features.

No. These have the video on the Homebase that you can retrieve from the App. BUT, the Homebase 2 has only 16gb of fixed storage, the Homebase 3 has 16GB but can be upgraded with an SSD or laptop HD to 16TB if I recall, I have a 4TB HD in mine and it records more content than I need for all of my EUFY products. It also has built in AI and faster processing and speed. I have 9 cameras as well as the door lock and it handles all the data with ease. You can always upgrade to a Homebase 3 later. Not sure of the cost for that.
