Yes. I have Eufy indoor cameras and I used these outdoor cameras to watch a 2nd property.

I bought my outdoor cameras from Costco and returned them. They do not record 24/7. Motion detection is poor if you mount the cameras at a decent height (10+ feet), they do not detect motion well at all.

Terrible support. App and firmware updates are auto-installed without being tested. You can count on spending hours of your time trying to get Eufy surveillance cameras and stored video clips to work. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Luckily I purchased 6 cameras from Costco about a year ago. They're all going back and Eufy can eat this garbage.

tl;dr This is a good starter kit so long as the homebase can be upgraded later on, depending on your situation and wifi coverage.

I have five other Eufy cameras at my home and two of these cameras at a family member's house. The cameras are fairly good in all situations but work better in brightly lit areas. Setup takes time but it's very flexible. I can't comment much on their AI capabilities as I don't use them. Straight motion detection works in my situation.

The tilt/pan is responsive enough and the two-way communication is mostly usable, however there will be lag depending on your network, etc. If the solar panel gets direct sun for a few hours a day, you'll never need to charge it. It can be mounted away from the camera unit as well. I haven't experienced any failures due to high temperature or humidity (I'm in south Forida).

My main complaints are with the app. Notifications could be more flexible. I don't need a reminder every minute that a camera picked up motion. Sometimes there are up to three different notification icons in the app alerting you to Eufy's other products. I suppose that's just the way of the world now but it's annoying.

For this particular set, the Homebase 2 is the limiting factor. I don't think the HB2 is expandable. I have the next better homebase (S380) and I added 1TB of storage.

I'm a big fan of the Eufy solar s220 I have like have a dozen at a few properties, been going strong for three years. This seems like a solid deal very tempting.

I've had Eufy cameras for years and setup was a breeze. Took me less than an hour to get four cameras mounted and connected. Never had an issue with firmware either. Stored video clips pull-up without issue.I have friends that have had them for years as well and they've had zero issues.
