Gray market. Most likely stolen "keys". You get what you pay for. Microsoft tends to "brick" systems if and when it's discovered. Be careful out there..

Worked for me, the key vendor was very helpful in getting me upgrade to Pro to make the key work. Initially the key was rejected for Windows Home 11. Win 11 Pro allows multiple devices for a single key. Excellent service.
