Per Amazon standards, anything over 1 watt is fast charging.

Total cheap garbage unless you don't mind over heating your phone, tablet , ear buds , etc..
Just got them today, yes they fast charge and made my phone overheat along with the block getting dangerously hot.
Stick with well know names that won't destroy your electronics
Buying an Anker or other reliable charger, returning this dangerous junk!
