It's a prep sink. So I use it for cleaning fish, rinsing veggies, etc outside.

I've never seen the point of a sink that only dispenses cold water. You can't effect clean things with it. I suppose if you need a sink for gardening purposes, this is your bet.

I am making a DIY version of this (essentially), but more permanent. You can hook a garden hose up to your hot water heater, or even stub a spigot through the wall from the hot water line under the house (in my case its PEX). Alternatively, there was a very small on demand hot water heater on here a few months ago.
I plan to stub two spigots through the wall so I can have a sink with a mixer valve and do hot or cold. Cold water for garden/paint cleanup and hot water for the BBQ area.

This line of outdoor cabinets go together pretty well, seems solid so far and can be screwed together to make a nice outdoor kitchen type area. Wife bought this (but with doors and sides) and some other cabinets. For the price, they are a good option. for those wanting hot water, you could easily swap out the faucet if you have an option of getting hot water to it. Someone mentioned the small instant water heater and that sounds cool. It drains into a bucket and i'm going to get a small battery alarm to let me know the bucket is almost full

Okay, and as it's a single valve faucet you would have whatever temperature is coming out of the hot water tank coming out of the sink. You would have no temperature control. So if you wish to school yourself with water directly from your boiler that is an excellent idea.
