I'm not saying it's a bad deal, since I still ended up net $150-$200 ish after taxes and fees or whatever, but UHG it was VERY exhausting to cancel and process.
If you do this deal expecting to cancel upfront, be prepared for a lot of back and forth with customer service. It's not impossible to get it done right, but it's so time consuming and they don't make it easy or convenient. At all.
Would I do it again? Maybe. But was it worth my time? I'm still not sure.
Good luck!

What was the cancellation process? Like what was exhausting? They won't let you cancel?

Yeah so I kept the service through until I got the $300 GC redeemed. I read so many stories about people having issues online so I wanted to be absolutely sure I had it. I believe I ended up keeping it for 3 full months of service.
Cancellation process was like this:
1. Chatted with them in T-Life app. Requested to cancel.
2. They sent me a prepaid shipping label. Said I could take it to the store or ship it. I read many issues where if you take it to the store, they end up not being able to process it in the store and end up calling the customer service to have it processed there anyway. So I mailed it in. It was easier anyway.
3. Mailed it in. Got charged another month of service. Had to chat with TLife again. They said it was an error on their part. They would reimburse me a monthly credit to cover the false charge.
4. Statement comes out for the next month. A few days later, the return shows as delivered to the destination. The same day, I get another email with a PDF that includes ANOTHER prepaid shipping label with a different tracking number. It says I need to send the items back or I'll get charged the full amount of those items in 180 days.
5. I chat back with T-Life again. They said it was an error in their system. That I can ignore the new tracking number. Ok fine.
6. When I signed up for the All In plan originally, I made sure NOT to activate either Hulu or Paramount, because I read that people had weird issues with getting charged for those services if they canceled the Internet. Well, a few days after my chat with the rep from the previous step, I got charged 11.99 for Hulu On Us. Which is terrible on their part because I never activated it for this reason. AND because it's supposed to be ON THEM.
7. Called them this time disputing it. They admitted the error. They said they would generate a courtesy credit for the next statement. Okay fine.
8. Next month arrived. I get the credit. Now all seems okay. But I'm still about 30 days out until that original 180 days from Step 4 is lapsed. I'm watching suspiciously to make sure I don't get charged for THAT one, too. Because at this point I really don't trust their cancellation process.
Hopefully this explains it and why I'm so dissatisfied with the overall process. It shouldn't take 8+ steps, where each step to initiate a customer support rep chat takes over 30 minutes of contact every time. I've also tried calling, but I found the best success was with the chats because I could keep screenshots as evidence.
Yeah… hopefully this helps people.
Like I said, I still got my credit. But was it worth it?… honestly I don't know.
