I think it does, and that they rebranded it probably, because the item code is the same as the in-store i bought (716 886). Just same packaging as the 140 ct, and not like the link below.

Thanks! Ordered 2x of 150 unscented bags, plus tax and free shipping. From past experience, I've learned never to buy scented trash bags or anything thinner than 0.9 mil.
