I have the slide versions of these. The arch is in the wrong spot for my foot shape and hurt my feet if I wear them too long. If that wasn't the case, I think I'd love them. I just use them for boat/beach shoes so I make it work.

TLDR; try them on if you can. They don't form to your feet like the leather versions.

These are $10 each at the local 'going going gone' outlet here, they seem rock hard and likely uncomfortable.

Regular Bostons you usually size down. For example, I wear an 11.5 / 45 in normal shoes but have the size 43 in the leather Bostons.

I found opposite in upper sizes. 47 for me ran small in bostons
