I bought this when it was on sale before Christmas. I just got done sending it back. I didn't care for it. Wouldn't hold my phone with a case on it so not helpful to me.

The clamp actually has quite a bit of tension. Bought one last month, but that was at $17, so $10 is pretty great. I've got a magsafe compatible case, so it will work great when I want my phone held on a plane, for example.

I hardly ever post, but this is one slick deal. The holder is infinitely customizable and is super solid enough to even hold an iPad Pro with the included sticky metal ring. I have even used it to hold my phone up for family photos and use my Apple Watch to take the pic. It holds to cabinets in the kitchen, counters in the bathroom, trays on the airplane, and it works well as just a stand. I would only caution folks not to leave it engaged when you don't really need it to preserve the internal spring.

Was the magnet not strong enough and your phone kept slipping?

I got one recently. It's got both strong magnet and strong clamp. It holds up my iPad Pro 11" with the included ring on my flight

I love this thing. I like to clip it with the plane tray table closed, on the edge, so your phone is almost eyeline height

Bought this back in October 2024 for the same price and just used it yesterday on our flight. Solid holder and vibrations were minimal. Made my 4 hour flight bearable. Saved my neck from aching by having it clipped onto my tray table while it was closed to keep my phone at eye level. Will pick up another one for my wife.

Got one of these recently, and used it on an international trip. Really really strong magnet, sometimes too strong. Often I have to use two hands to remove. Similarly, the clip is very strong and often requires two hands to help clamp. My only desire for this is if the clamp could be rotated or made flush to tuck it away so that could become a nice cubed object in the away position. But as it is, the clamp portion sticks out. Not a deal breaker, but maybe something to be improved on in the future

one of the products that makes me to believe the most reviews are fake on amazon. Lots of reviews are praising its quality and premium material.
But IMO, the material used on this feels really cheap plastic thats gonna break. I ended up returning mine.

Many products have been doing this, a card is sending with the product, saying you will get some money amazon GC if you leave a good review.

Thank you. This is exactly what I was wondering.
