I just spent the last 20 minutes trying to buy the $1 ones. Total fail. This company is just a mess. The cell phone customer service is bad and even just checking out Popsockets is a mess.

Tried placing an order and it wanted me to agree to 2 service agreement pages. Super fishy. I placed an order 20 minutes ago and it didn't do that. I didn't go through with the 2nd order. Feels like the page got updated and I'm about to bamboozle myself by agreeing to something I don't want (no way I'm reading all that fine print legal pages).

"you've successfully canceled your order" email received from Verizon today. So much for the time I spent trying to locate items last Sunday. Would be nice if they admitted they were the ones who cancelled the order and describe why.

I tried adding over 12 different items to my car and it kept telling me it's not compatible with items in your cart. There was nothing in my cart. Verizon is falling off fast.

In most cases, adding more than one item to my cart resulted in an empty cart. Even one at a time, I had to retry some items more than once to make it all the way through.

In other words, checkout like it's 1999. Because at Verizon, it still is. Loved my StarTAC, though!

Did two orders with two different emails. One "shipped" on Monday, the other on Tuesday. Both say that the label has been created but item not delivered to USPS yet. One of them has all the items. The other has 3 of 7 and no second shipping notice. Can not find how to see the status as I only have Fios and when I try to check the order status it says I need a mobile account. Any way to check status with order number and email address?

Verizon is one of the worst company I've ever seen. Their system showed the order had been shipped, but a week later, USPS still hadn't received the package to be shipped. When I contacted customer service, almost all of their responses were completely irrelevant to my questions. I honestly wonder if these people even graduated from elementary school. Several American carries charge dozens of times more than those in many other countries, yet their service is vastly inferior. Customer service representatives in some countries are prone to making promises they don't keep, and lying has become a habit for them.

It's the same situation: I bought three items, two of which show as having been shipped, but after almost a week, USPS is still waiting for the packages. The item that hasn't been shipped has no updates whatsoever.
