Couple notes, the good first:
- The wallet is super slim and unobtrusive, like 25% the size of my old leather wallet
- Getting one of the 6 cards out of the main slot is dead easy and low-key satisfying every time
- The little elastic band works, but can fall off, especially if you pocket your wallet along with other stuff. Doesn't happen a lot but it has happened...I feel like they should coat the back of the band with something grippy to avoid this.
- You can put cash inside the band, but it's clunky so I usually don't keep cash for long periods, and never more than say 5-6 bills
- The expansion plate works ok, but it's a little picky to get cards out (i.e. sometimes I have to take all the cards out at once), so I only use it for my backup cards
All in all I haven't used a "real" wallet in over 2 years and the benefit of a super-slim wallet in my pocket far outweighs the annoyances above. Again for $5, you will not regret it, even if you only use it as a "travel wallet".The bad:
