Carlyle is a shady brand. They don't have any certifications and people have left bad review about them in general. Their supplements are generally much cheaper than the competition. For a reason.
Nutricost is a much better brand for supplements and generally better reputed. So in this case, the extra expense is likely justified.
Test your levels especially once getting into summer. Many will not need 5000 IU per day and there is no free lunch in supplementation.
However I use nutricost and I would attest to the efficacy of their supplements. Beta alanine and luteolin had very obvious effects in line with what I'd expect based on prior experience and clinical profile

10,000 vitamin D is way too much. Toxic levels for some.
RTL, its 5,000 per pill. Also you should read up on loading and peak concentration before making such statements. A good thing is to get your hydroxy levels tested.
