Hesitant to buy based on the fact that the company refuses to provide proof of 3rd party certification

The Carlyle Vitamin K2+D3 is generally cheaper.

Carlyle is a shady brand. They don't have any certifications and people have left bad review about them in general. Their supplements are generally much cheaper than the competition. For a reason.
Nutricost is a much better brand for supplements and generally better reputed. So in this case, the extra expense is likely justified.

Test your levels especially once getting into summer. Many will not need 5000 IU per day and there is no free lunch in supplementation.

However I use nutricost and I would attest to the efficacy of their supplements. Beta alanine and luteolin had very obvious effects in line with what I'd expect based on prior experience and clinical profile

10,000 vitamin D is way too much. Toxic levels for some.
RTL, its 5,000 per pill. Also you should read up on loading and peak concentration before making such statements. A good thing is to get your hydroxy levels tested.

You could take it every other day to get to 5k dose per day. The Vitamin D doesn't need to be taken every day. Some people take megadoses once a week.

No. It is definitely 10,000 each. Notice that I was referring to the Carlyle D3 brand suggested by MagicMitch

Check out Thorne, Pure Encapsulations, or even NOW Foods.

If you are looking for really good brand, made in the USA and cheap, your best option is Bronson Vitamin K2 D3. It gives K2 in MK7 form which is considered the best. 200 tablets only for $14.

The Nutricost also seems to be in MK7 form.
