The USB PD specification allows Type-C cables to deliver up to 240W of power, with a maximum voltage of 48V and a current of 5A. So max current is 5A, and this cable can handle it.
I suspect any cable that handles 5A can deliver 240W.

These aren't real companies. These are cheap Chinese knockoffs that often come from the same factory with random word jumbles as "brand" names. It's manufacturing slop. Go try to figure out who they are and how to sue them in China.

No, but Amazon can and should delist them. And slickdeals should not promote them...
