Keep in mind, only 1 USB-c port. If you want to run a portable display with this laptop, you will need to use a barrel connector power supply.

No. This runs through thunderbolt/usb 4. Just use a proper hub and you can hook up a portable display and charge.

When I travel, I prefer to plug the USB-C power into the laptop and then plug the USB-C cable to the monitor for data and power to the monitor.
