I had two for ~4 years now. This thing is junk. I am so happy to finally get rid of them for the refurb Dreame units that have been available lately. They constantly get tangled on one carpet, and then on the other it drives across once and then doesn't clean it. We've been running them for 4 years and I haven't had to empty the dustbins in the 'Clean Station' on either one yet. What does that mean? These don't pick up ANYTHING.
Absolute trash. I'm not sure why I even bother to let them run. These are open box for a reason... someone figured it out faster than me while they could still return them 🤣

One of mine is still in the box from the Prime day deal 3 years ago. The other I built into a cabinet in the pantry and when I finally got around to using it, the battery was defective and would not charge. I cannot comment about how well it might work and now have a Dreame from Costco that I use, though it has a lot to be desired.
