Pretty minimal change on specs. same processor, ram, battery, camera, etc. you get 1 more year of android update for 2025+, slightly better water/dust rating

I actually switched over from zflip 5 to razr+ 2024. Performance is very similar, as is battery. Zflips have better cameras and software support, razr has more usable cover screen (full use, all app support). I switched to razr+ for the better cover screen.

I've had terrible luck with Best Buy open box products. Even excellent condition has looked very, very used in some cases, so I'd be very wary of acceptable condition.

awesome deal assuming you get the condition you purchased or better. 2024+ and 2025+ are basically the same phone, just pick the color you like.

I've had terrible luck with Best Buy open box products. Even excellent condition has looked very, very used in some cases, so I'd be very wary of acceptable condition.

I wonder if the rating scale is location based or if graded then distributed. After trying 2x with amazon I am done with amazon their used garage sale style "open box". Items missing parts and worn out.

I'm not sure. The only time I've had good luck with open box at BestBuy has been when I ordered something for same day in store pickup. The item I got was in good condition, and if it wasn't I would have returned it on the spot. And I agree with Amazon resale. Most of the time the products I get are very well worn, missing parts, huge dents etc. I made the big mistake of getting a used cell phone from Amazon a few years ago which was reported as stolen. Too much hassle.

It's hit or miss with best buy. I've had them look like brand new in the box with all original accessories never even touched. I've also had them arrive in a cardboard box with a beat up phone and no accessories.

Yea I would be very cautious with used phones especially the flip phones nobody knows how much they have been abused before it was returned.
