They increased the prices on these this week. Last week they retailed $484 but now they increased it to $549 on all sites. Thank the tariffs for this.

Worth noting that you don't get vintage switching with the Player II Jag, so a lot of people like the CV for that reason alone. Kind of surprised that Jag retails at $549 these days though, thought it was closer to $400-499 like the other models

Yea it's high but it's not the priciest Squier, the 40th anniversary Placid Blue Jazzmaster retails for $600.

J mascis jazzmaster officially retails for 619 now. Buy used when you can. For new-this is a pretty good price. Be forewarned- these usually come set up like total shit from the factory. They can be great but do require a good set up by yourself or competent tech.

Yep I definitely agree, I'm happy with my Squier now but it took some work. One thing I noticed about all the Jazzmasters I've tried, they all had really scratchy frets. Don't know how they get past QC like that.

I've always wanted a Jaguar but not in this color. The sunburst is really nice but I've always loved it in candy apple red.
